'En route mauvaise troupe!'

Translating to 'On the way bad battalion!': This was the great rallying call from a father to all his troublesome children before opening the door to take them somewhere, anywhere, everyday...

Now, what a fantastic way to prepare a child to face the great outdoors.
It is not filling their little minds blissfully into believing of their amazing abilities that are going to dazzle everyone.

It is just purely acknowledging from their starting block of life that if they are bad, whatever they do, in battles they would engage in later, that they should contemplate failure as well as success.
The father knows all about his own flock having made them...Well all but one.

But hey, is it to be considered failure to take on board another man's child with awareness of it or not?
From his own recognised mistakes, his own acknowledgement of himself, his own stock, that father recognised that he has not got picture perfect children.

He sent his flock away to fight their way with little preparation but self knowledge of their own limitations!
His little brood of bad stock walking their own paths are doing well.
They all know that they are eventually doomed, for perfection is just an idea that cannot be reached.
None of them had tried perfectly content to watch others fail.
Preserving their energies on what they can reach and achieve without the strain of unattainable dreams.
That's grounding!
